This hidden gem is an incredibly glamorous, light-filled space that is absolutely fit for a high-end celebration. However, while we were setting up our premium balloon installations, we noticed something intriguing about the architecture.
Visible in the background of this gorgeous venue are striking black wrought iron rails and industrial columns. Curiously enough, we looked into the history of the building, and what we discovered blew us away!

Decades ago, this beautiful space operated as a bustling local butcher shop. Those beautiful black wrought iron rails running along the ceiling and walls? They were originally used as heavy-duty meat rails where carcasses were hung!
The stylish, modern transformation of this former industrial butchery is nothing short of inspirational. It perfectly blends the raw architectural heritage of Melbourne’s past with the needs of today's progressive, event-loving society. Standing in the sun-drenched courtyard today, surrounded by luxury party styling, you would never guess its gritty historical origins.
