This morning, Fairytale Balloons transformed the intimate and beautiful private dining room at Elwood Bathers into something that stopped us in our tracks the moment we stepped back to admire it — a swirling, flowing, breathtaking sea of pink balloons and ribbons blanketing the entire ceiling from wall to wall.
