Our client Tiffany has exercised her name right to create a Tiffany & Co themed birthday balloon garland, complete with the big "40" light up numbers, pearls studded balloons, shimmering glitter and much more. Celebrated at the magnificent All Smiles in Docklands it was sure a night to remember!
