Floral Balloon Garland + Neon "Lets Party" Sign - perfect backdrop to your next event! We created this garland for one of our regular clients to celebrate her birthday. Using light up signs was new to us however we rose to the challenge and were impressed with how much the neon light illuminated the overall look of the garland!
