We were delighted to partner with Perri Projects  to style a property development leasing event and showcase their latest industrial development. Designed to create a premium first impression for prospective tenants, investors and guests, the event featured bespoke balloon installations that elevated the venue and reinforced the project's professional presentation.

Creating a Grand Entrance

Our first custom balloon garland was installed in a striking L-shaped design over the pavilion entrance, creating a welcoming focal point for arriving guests. Complemented by a stylish blue carpet runner and elegant gold bollards, the installation delivered a sophisticated arrival experience that reflected the quality of the development.

Prosecco Van Balloon Installation

The centrepiece of the event was a stunning white, blue and red balloon garland wrapped around the Prosecco Van. This eye-catching feature attracted attention throughout the event, encouraging guest interaction, social media engagement and creating a memorable backdrop for networking and conversations.
